Cocoa Mata Chocolate is made using organically grown cocoa our farm. This not only gives out chocolate a unique and unrivalled taste. The farming methods are sustainable ensuring that the everyone including the surrouding communites benefit from this enterprise. At Elgeyo Marakwet Farm we are committed to making a positive impact in our community and believe that our great tasting chocolate is a great step in enabling us to do that.

Elgeyo Marakwet Farm produces both dark a milk chocoalates. The names of the chocolates produced were specifcally chosen to show case the Fort Portal area, which is the region where the farm in located.

Elegyo Marakwet Farm is located just 20 miles north of Fort Portal where our founder was born. The farm marks a full circle as she returns to her roots. The farm is in its infancy at the moment but there are big plans to see it

develop into a major employer in the area, giving local people an opportunity to gain steady

employment and income which will in turn have a direct effect on the community
